Got a call from Shari Einhorn of News 12 who was informed by DA that Lee Moser just surrendered to Nassau County Police.. being arraigned this afternoon

Lee Moser attended court on Nov 14, 2017 . His attorney, Brian Trodden  stated that Lee intends to repay  all parties owed mentioned in indictment. unfortunately  that doesn’t do anything for other homeowners who were not part of the Suffolk county indictment. see video here
