Lee Moser attended court on Nov 14, 2017 . His attorney, Brian Trodden  stated that Lee intends to repay  all parties owed mentioned in indictment. unfortunately  that doesn’t do anything for other homeowners who were not part of the Suffolk county indictment. see video here
